Refund Eligibility

At Volt Lab, customer satisfaction is important to us. A refund will only be applicable under the following condition:
If the device fails to provide the backup time as officially mentioned in the product specifications under normal usage conditions.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The product must:

  • Be in original condition
  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Include original packaging, cables, accessories, and invoice

No Refund or Claim If Device Is Opened

Important Notice:

  • If the device is opened, tampered with, repaired, or modified by the customer, the refund and warranty claim will be immediately void.
  • Devices must not be opened under any circumstances.

Only authorized Volt Lab technicians are allowed to inspect internal components.

Warranty Policy (6 Months) / 1 Year

All eligible products come with a 6-month / 1 Year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Conditions:

  • The warranty is valid only within 6 months of purchase.
  • After 6 months, no claim will be accepted.
  • A valid Warranty Card is mandatory to process any claim.
  • The warranty card must be properly stamped and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Warranty Will Be Void If:

  • The device is opened or repaired by unauthorized persons.
  • Physical damage is found.
  • Water damage is detected.
  • Burn damage due to voltage fluctuation or incorrect adapter usage.
  • Warranty card is missing.

Refund Processing Time

  • If the product qualifies for a refund:
  • Inspection will be completed within 5–7 working days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
